We're a group of hrothgars that really enjoyed the idea of Freddy's Hrothmarket and wanted to take it across the world.After hosting our first big one together we've now ventured to do this as a regular event for everyone to enjoy the market

- Be Kind to the visitors at the venues if you are commissioning an artist or trading with a vendor please abide by their rules as they have the right to refuse service. Any form of harassment towards them will bar you a ban from the event. ---- When trading with a vendor or artist please form a line and wait your turn this is of course up to the vendors discretion in which they will invite you to a party to continue the transaction they will also provide Carrd either at the event or prior to if you have any questions feel free to ask them. ---- When commissioning an artist please provide everything beforehand this will ensure that the request is completed with accuracy and no delays. ---- The host will be roaming around to assist and greet guest be mindful if you send them a tell they might be talking to other guest and possibly a delay in getting to your inquiry. If that is the case reach out to a steward and if they don't answer then contact the owner as a last restort the venue owner will have the final say to all issues be respectful of their decisision --Owners

EU: Artanis-- Prior to the event their will be a directory of vendors and artist available to help you locate them if you have any questions feel free to contact a steward for assistance they will be providing Yells throughout the event. --

-- Please use the status system to let people know what you areRed or Busy is for gposing and drawing so that your aren't going to be responsive. Crafters and merchants will use the looking for meld status to let people know you are a vendor or trader. Lastly you have looking for party or green status to show that you are free to trade for and looking to buy.-- If you plan on being a vendor please submit a application in the vendor channel follow the template that will be in the pinned messages---- No NSFW Pictures or actions will be allowed at Hrothmarkets!! This is a SFW venture be respectful SFW poses of mods is acceptable. Though in regards to posting using the #hrothmarket be respectful of other market goers that don't use mods in their shots this is a common rule in the JP community. If you not sure ask before hand ----Please respect the owners wishes spamming your venue or twitch stream without early consent by the venue owner For safety purpose this will be arranged with the owner beforehand---- In regards to using Mods at our events we will no longer provide syncshells due to the following reasons incorrect installation and NSFW actions being used at the event. Mod usage at the event are at your own discretion ,but any acts of lewdness from mods that use emotes or clothing that expose but not limited to gentialia as an example or harassing people that don't want to use mods or share codes will not be tolerated and will bar you from all future events. --“Please alert us if you see inappropriate behaviour in any public facing chats such as emotes, say chat, yell chat, or shout chat regardless of the language used. We do not approve of anyone using other languages in an attempt to circumvent our rules.
